Having served on more than 30 boards, Ginger Graham has significant experience navigating changing board member responsibilities. She recently served on NACD’s Blue Ribbon Commission: Building a High Trust Board-CEO Relationship. As lead independent director and chair of the nominating and governance committee for the Walgreens Boots Alliance (WBA), Ginger navigated CEO changes, became interim CEO, and represented WBA on the Village Practice Management board. She was the first woman CEO on the PhRMA board and executive committee, chaired the California Healthcare Institute, and was the only industry representative on the Institute of Medicine’s Committee on the Learning Health Care System in America.

Ginger was recognized as one of Women Inc.’s Most Influential Corporate Directors, named to EBW100’s List of Most Influential Global Leaders Empowering Women Worldwide, inducted into the Arkansas Business Hall of Fame, and listed as one of BizWest’s Top 50 Most Influential Business Leaders.
