Donna C. Wells serves on the boards of Walker & Dunlop, where she chairs the audit and risk committee; Mitek Systems, where she chairs the nominating and governance committee; and Betterment, a $60 billion digital wealth management platform. Her earlier board roles included Boston Private Bank and CWT Travel.

Donna is the former president and CEO of Mindflash Technologies, an enterprise software company. She was also the founding chief marketing officer of Mint.com and previously held executive and C-suite roles at Intuit, Expedia, Charles Schwab, and American Express.

Donna was appointed a lecturer at the Stanford Graduate School of Business in 2019, recognized as Board Director of the Year by Women in Information Technology in 2021, and named to the Board Chairs Roundtable in 2025. She is NACD Directorship Certified^® and NACD Cyber-Risk Oversight Certified and is designated an audit committee financial expert by the Securities and Exchange Commission.
