After 30 years as a senior executive at Procter & Gamble (P&G) where she ran several multi-billion-dollar businesses, Henretta now serves as an independent board director on three public boards: American Eagle Outfitters, Meritage Homes, and NiSource. She previously served on the boards of Corning Inc., Staples, Godiva, and the Singapore Economic Development Board. Henretta also serves as a senior advisor to Council Advisors and several AI and health-care start-ups, where she previously held roles as executive chair and chair of the board. She currently serves on the board of trustees at Syracuse University and previously served as a trustee at St. Bonaventure University and Universities. She is the first woman to chair the business council of the Asia-Pacific Economic Cooperation. While at P&G, Henretta spent seven years on Fortune's US and international rankings of the 50 most powerful women in business.
