Colleen B. Brown is an accomplished public company CEO and corporate director with deep expertise in technology, financial services, and workforce transformation. She currently serves on the boards of TrueBlue Inc. (NYSE: TBI), where she chairs the nominating and governance committee; Bakkt Holdings Inc. (NYSE: BKKT), where she chairs the compensation committee; Big 5 Sporting Goods (NASDAQ: BGFV), where she chairs the special committee; and Port Blakely Companies, where she chairs the audit committee. She is also a strategic advisor to Panarchy and Smith Goffman Partners. 

Colleen previously served as CEO of Fisher Communications (NASDAQ: FSCI) and Spark Networks (LOV) and held leadership roles at TEGNA (formerly Gannett Inc.). Her board experience includes CareerBuilder, Cars.com, and The Associated Press. A NACD Board Leadership Fellow and a commissioner on the NACD 2025 Blue Ribbon Commission, she is known for guiding organizations through disruption with innovation, accountability, and long-term value creation.
