Davine is managing partner of Deloitte’s Center for Board Effectiveness, helping empower directors, aspiring directors, and executives who interface with the board deliver value to the organizations they serve. She is vice chair for audit and assurance (A&A) and a member of the A&A executive leadership team. Davine was managing partner of quality, risk, and regulatory, leading the Professional Practice Network, including auditing, accounting, financial reporting, and risk-management functions.

Davine led about 400 partners and professionals, setting Deloitte’s policies and methodology for dealing with complex accounting, financial reporting, auditing, and risk; interfacing with regulators and stakeholders; and collaborating on global quality. For the Center for Audit Quality (CAQ), she chaired the professional practice executive committee and the CAQ advisory council. Davine is a member of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board’s Standards and Emerging Issues Advisory Group. She frequently speaks on governance, auditing, accounting, and financial reporting topics.
