Carin Robinson is a senior director in PwC’s Governance Insights Center, helping boards and executive teams navigate an evolving governance landscape. With more than 20 years in corporate governance, she advises public, private, and nonprofit organizations on governance strategy and structure, board composition and recruitment, succession planning, board and committee effectiveness, and director development, among other topics. She has led numerous board evaluations across industries, bringing a practical, comparative lens to board performance.  

Carin is lead writer for the Committee of Sponsoring Organizations of the Treadway Commission  and NACD corporate governance framework initiative and author of PwC’s C-suite survey on board effectiveness, as well as other widely used resources, including PwC’s nominating and governance committee guide. Previously with PwC’s risk assurance practice, she is also a certified compliance and ethics professional and former enterprise risk management advisor.
