Brenda Morris is a corporate director and executive with extensive board leadership. She currently serves as director and audit committee chair for both Boot Barn and iHerb LLC. Her prior board service includes Xponential Fitness, Duluth Trading Co., and Ideal Image, among others. Brenda is also a director for the NACD Pacific Southwest Chapter.

Brenda holds the NACD Directorship Certification® and the CERT Certificate in Cybersecurity Oversight. As a former chief financial officer and chief operations officer with several high-profile companies, Brenda has deep expertise in governance, finance and accounting, operations and strategic growth. In the past several years Brenda has successfully handled and mitigated a Securities and Exchange Commission investigation, two Department of Justice investigations, a Foreign Corrupt Practices Act matter, and several special committee investigations while supporting the board and management as an advisor and strategic partner.
