Bonnie Reitz is chair of Airlines Reporting Corp. (ARC), where her governance leadership has resulted in a diverse and dynamic board. Her attention to detail and proactive approach have guided the board through complex challenges, and ARC’s profitability and respect in the industry have grown significantly. 

Bonnie was an original member of Continental Airlines’ turnaround team and was senior vice president of sales, marketing, and distribution, leading Continental to focusing on the customer.  

During her leadership tenure at System One Information Management, the creation of a partnership with EDS and Amadeus challenged this industry sector to innovate for the customer. 

She served on the boards of PNM, ExpressJet, and Farelogix. She chaired and was a member of the human resource, corporate governance, and finance committees. 
In 2023 Bonnie was inducted into the Business Travel Hall of Fame, alongside 60 other executives who have significantly shaped the business travel industry.
