Alice Brennan is a public and private company board director with more than 25 years of experience in optimizing revenue at highly regulated companies. She serves on the boards of three financial services companies: Horizon Kinetics Holding Corp., RENN Fund, and FRMO Corp. She also serves on the board of Greenbacker Renewable Energy Company ll (GREC II). She chairs the compensation committee at Horizon Kinetics and the nominating and governance committee at GREC ll. She was chief compliance officer at Verizon Wireless and Bristol Myers Squibb Co., where
she led risk management, merger and acquisition, governance, and corporate and intellectual property law initiatives. She has deep knowledge of technology trends and broad knowledge of the financial services sector. She is a board director of the NACD New Jersey Chapter and leads its NACD Directorship Certification® initiative. She was named a “Director to Watch” by Directors & Boards Magazine in 2024.
