Abhi Talwalkar was president and CEO of LSI Corp. from May 2005 until the completion of LSI's merger with Avago Technologies in May 2014. From 1993 to 2005, Abhi held several senior management roles at Intel Corp., including corporate vice president and co-general manager of the Digital Enterprise Group.

He has served on the board of directors for Advanced Micro Devices since August 2017 and currently chairs the innovation and technology committee. Since March 2017, Abhi has served as a board director for TE Connectivity Ltd. and is now chair of the management development and compensation committee. Since May 2016, he has served as chair of the board of iRhythm Technologies. Since 2011, Abhi has served on the board of directors of Lam Research Corp. and has been the board chair since October 2019.
