Reno Deschaine is the senior director of credentialing for NACD, leading the NACD Directorship Certification^® and NACD Fellowship^® programs. With 14 years of credentialing experience,  Deschaine brings significant experience in leading, developing, and growing credentialing programs. At The Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA), Deschaine’s work with the IIA’s chapters, global affiliates, and various global government agencies helped to increase the understanding, adoption, and prominence of credentialing. 

Deschaine holds a bachelor of science in E-Business and a bachelor of science in Marketing from the University of Phoenix, graduating with honors. Additionally, Deschaine has earned professional certifications from ASAE - Certified Association Executive (CAE) and the Institute of Internal Auditors - Certification in Risk Management Assurance (CRMA).
