Michael O. Leavitt is a seasoned leader – made through a life of hard work and public service, which includes serving three terms as the governor of Utah and in two cabinet roles in the President George W. Bush administration. Mike remains active in corporate governance, serving as Chairman of Intermountain Health and as a member of the Royal Caribbean Cruise Line board of directors. He is also President of the Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square.

Mike’s broad and varied experiences have made him one of the great public, business, and political leaders in Utah and the nation. He has shared some of his learnings in his recently published personal history and public service memoir. Now we have the opportunity to learn leadership and corporate governance lessons from him in a fireside chat setting at our annual kick-off meeting on September 19 at 6:15 p.m. Afterwards he will give us a tour of the Tabernacle and we can watch Tabernacle Choir at Temple Square practice.
