Implications of Bank Failures on Board Risk Oversight

In the wake of several bank failures and consolidations, strategy, enterprise risk management, and crisis oversight have become top of mind along with future implications for business and the economy. How should directors be thinking about risk oversight in the wake of these events and in an era of uncertainty? How should directors think about board exposure, liability, and D&O coverage?  In this session, we explored these questions with a focus on priorities for boards and directors.
