About The Event

What Directors Need to Know

Many of the world’s most successful companies are thriving by recognizing and integrating the unique ways employees think, process, and engage. Discover how board directors can position their organizations for long-term success by valuing cognitive diversity and prioritizing the well-being and satisfaction of their workforce.

Our expert panel discussed:

  • The importance of strong relationships with colleagues, a deep sense of pride and purpose in one's work and a feeling of being valued and recognized as crucial aspects of employee engagement and mental well-being
  • The financial and reputational risks of not prioritizing these important issues and the opportunities to significantly benefit from them
  • The differences in employees’ brains, minds and well-being
  • What do company board directors need to know and understand about the significant benefit and risks of employee well-being?
  • What questions do we need to be asking?
  • How do we measure success?
