About The Event
We gathered our wonderful NACD Northern California community including the chapter’s Black Directors Coffee Cohort and nominating and governance committee members and chairs to discuss boardroom culture over dinner in San Francisco.
We discussed the importance of board culture, how boards are adapting the way they work to maximize effectiveness, and how diverse backgrounds, skills, and perspectives brought into the boardroom can elevate board dialogues.
