About The Event
Challenging cross currents amid a changing global regulatory landscape and geopolitical realities, present the Boards of public and private companies with an array of high-profile ESG challenges that require a broader understanding of enterprise-wide risk management.
Investors, customers, employees, communities, regulators and all other stakeholders are requiring comprehensive responses to environmental, social, governance and sustainability challenges that are becoming more nuanced and taking place against a backdrop of uncertainty, workforce demands and increasing polarization.
The global mosaic is creating potential conflicts and risks that require "mapping" to consider how value and supply chains are affected across multiple jurisdictions. This will require embedding ESG considerations in procurement, contracting, engineering, decision-making, human/financial capital allocations and financial systems.
Transparency requires that complex systems collect and track ESG data from a wide range of internal and external sources.
Join our experienced panel who have a deep understanding of the latest developments in global Board oversight of ESG.
