Steve Charlebois has 20 years of executive- and international-compensation consulting experience gained through external consulting and in-house roles. He has extensive experience working in technology and across a broad spectrum of domestic and international executive- and director-pay issues.

Charlebois has directly worked and lived in both Europe and North America, helping to bring a unique perspective to pay. In addition to technology, he works with clients in energy, consumer goods, and aerospace and defense through all stages of their life cycle (start-up, pre–/post–initial public offering, special purpose acquisition companies, and Fortune 100).

Before joining the firm in 2013, Charlebois most recently worked for a global multinational consumer-goods organization and a private bank headquartered in Geneva, Switzerland. His other prior experiences include Mercer’s human-capital consulting practice in Calgary, Canada, and Geneva, Switzerland, specializing in cross-border executive-compensation issues. He has extensive experience working with large, global brands and smaller, family-owned businesses.
