Peggy Turner has 32 years of automotive experience with Lexus and Toyota Motors North America, focused on customer experience, retention, and after-sales parts sales operations. She transformed customer data and analytics into actionable initiatives that earned recognition in the automotive industry. As a leader, she is known for innovation, diverse insight, expertise in hospitality, and business operations that result in superior customer satisfaction, consistent sales and profitability growth, and efficient operations. She has experience in supply chain optimization, strategic planning, and distribution.
Prior to joining Toyota, Turner worked for Northrop Grumman Corp. for both commercial and military programs where she specialized in major acquisition and contract negotiations.
Turner is an independent director for PRA Group, a publicly traded company, where she serves on the nominating and governance and the risk committees. She is also a director on the board of the nonprofit Hispanic Scholarship Fund, serving on the technology committee. In addition, she is a member of Latino Corporate Directors Association where she serves on the engagement committee.
Turner was recognized as one of the Top Latino Leaders in the Automotive Industry by Latino Leaders magazine and awarded the Beacon of Hope Award from Hispanas Organized for Political Equality.
Turner received her bachelor of science in economics from the University of California, Irvine, and her master of business administration from Loyola Marymount University.
