Nicole Bryant is a principal based in Grant Thornton’s Seattle office, focusing on helping clients with a variety of indirect tax issues, including multistate sales and use-tax nexus and taxability, Washington business and occupation (B&O) tax, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), and audit defense and appeals. These projects provide many benefits to clients including an increased understanding on the impact of intercompany transactions, complex taxability analyses to support compliance, defense of aggressive state tax positions, and recovery of unclaimed incentives and credits.

Bryant practices primarily in state and municipal B&O tax, M&A due diligence, ASC 450, digital products, sales tax nexus expansion, supply chain feasibility, and e-commerce tax issues. Her clients include those in the manufacturing, high technology, telecommunications, e-commerce, service, and retail industries.
