Nichole Schreiner is a seasoned accounting professional with over two decades of experience in the field. She currently serves as the Director of Technical Accounting and Controls at Constellation Brands, Inc. and has been with the company since 2016. In this position, Nichole leads the implementation of emerging accounting pronouncements as well as both financial and ESG reporting requirements. She has responsibility for complex accounting matters and ensuring appropriate internal controls are in place for financial and ESG data that is reported externally. Nichole brings a focus on process improvement while evaluating risks and establishing controls in various areas of the business. In recent years, Nichole has applied her skill set and passion for the environment and people to advancing Constellation Brands, Inc.’s ESG reporting. Prior to her current role, Nichole was the Director of Financial Accounting and External Reporting at IEC Electronics Corp. Nichole began her career at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, where she spent 11 years in Assurance Services and she remains a licensed CPA. In addition, Nichole serves on the Finance Committee of Climate Solutions Accelerator of the Genesee-Finger Lakes Region, a nonprofit organization dedicated to inspiring and facilitating large-scale climate mobilization, and the St. John Fisher University Accounting Advisory Board.
