Kris is a Senior Consultant at Semler Brossy. He joined the firm in 2016 and has advised boards and senior management teams across a variety of executive compensation and governance-related issues. Kris works closely with clients in both public and private company settings and has deep experience advising companies through transactions (IPO/SPAC, M&A, etc.). He is a graduate of the Fordham Gabelli School of Business and Marquette University.
