Kathryn J. Hayley is an experienced CEO and board member with global experience in strategy, operations, IT, acquisition integration, regulations, human resources and benefits, with sector experience in healthcare, professional services, insurance, and financial services. Hayley’s corporate board experience includes Concentrix Corporation (NASDAQ:CNXC), a leading global provider of customer experience solutions and technology, where she chairs the compensation committee and serves on the nominating and governance committee, First Midwest Bancorp (NASDAQ:FMBI), one of the largest publicly traded bank holding companies in the Midwest, where she serves on the audit committee and the compensation committee, Alight Solutions, the PE-backed leading provider technology-enabled health, wealth, HR and finance solutions, where she served on the audit committee, Interior Logic Group, a PE-backed data-driven and technology-enabled provider of interior design, supply chain and installation management solutions, where she chaired the audit committee, Tribridge Holdings, LLC, a PE-backed information technology services firm specializing in business applications and cloud solutions, where she served on the board and its audit committee until it was acquired by DXC Technology. She served on the advisory board of E.A. Renfroe & Company, Inc., a family-owned business and one of the nation’s largest catastrophe claims management firms. She served on the board of Deloitte & Touche LLP US, where she served on the Partner Affairs, Nominating, Compensation, and Strategic Investments Committees. She served on several boards of Deloitte-related entities. Hayley serves on the Chicago Shakespeare Theater Board as a finance committee member, and has served as Audit Committee Chair. Hayley served as the CEO for Aon Hewitt Consulting Americas, and CEO of Aon Consulting Worldwide. She established Aon Consulting as a market leader and positioned it for the acquisition of Hewitt Associates, and then helped with the integration of the acquisition. Hayley served as EVP at UnitedHealthcare, where as a direct report to the CEO, she led a program to develop a new strategy to reinvent members’ healthcare experience. She led a program to reduce operating cost in the back office and had responsibility for the relationship with the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services. As a Deloitte Consulting partner, Hayley led some of the firm’s most complex IT engagements, and served as a key business leader across multiple industries and market segments.
