Juan is a Managing Director in the CFO Advisory Services group. Juan provides assistance on a variety of complex transactional accounting topics such as IPOs, SPAC mergers, M&A transaction, carve-outs and divestitures.

Juan has over 25 years of diversified accounting and reporting experience in both private and public accounting roles. In past roles he has provided accounting services related to financial audits, due diligence examinations, M&A transactions, IPO/SEC reporting, spin-offs, carve-outs, fraud audits, and complex accounting topics.

Prior to Grant Thornton Juan was a Senior Manager with Ernst & Young in their accounting advisory practice. In that role he assisted Fortune 100 companies in the financial services industry with the implementation of new accounting standards such as consolidation, revenue recognition, business combinations, leases, loans, and credit impairment. Prior to EY Juan was the CFO of Terranum Capital a private equity investment firm.

Juan is a Certified Public Accountant. He received his Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Binghamton University.
