Jon Holman is founder and President of The Holman Group, Inc., an executive recruiting firm that finds CEOs for public and private technology companies and General Partners for venture capital firms. He personally has completed about 200 such searches. Before founding his company, Jon worked in human resources at Pfizer Inc. as head of HR for the Central Research Laboratories, and the E. and J. Gallo Winery as head of HR at corporate headquarters. He is widely quoted in the business press with regard to technology recruiting, and has been named in multiple publications as one of the top executive recruiters in the world. With regard to compensation in particular, he is Chair of the Compensation Committee at ASGN (NYSE:ASGN), member of the Compensation Roundtable at the NACD, and has advised many technology companies on compensation matters. Jon is a graduate of Princeton and the Stanford Graduate School of Business. He is on the boards of multiple non-profits including Congregation Emanu-El in San Francisco, one of the largest congregations in the U.S. and one of the two oldest in California.
