Jim Frias has served on the Board of Directors of Carlisle Companies Incorporated (CSL:NYSE) since 2014, leading the audit committee from 2017 to 2021.  Mr. Frias served as Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Executive Vice President of Nucor Corporation (NUE:NYSE) from 2010 to 2022.  He began his Nucor career in 1991 as a business unit Controller and later served as the Corporate Controller.  He has also served on the board of directors for the National Association of Corporate Directors (NACD) Carolinas Chapter and continues to serve on the board of directors of the Charlotte Rescue Mission.
