Jane Carr is SVP of People and Culture at Traeger, a category leader in outdoor cooking. She joined Traeger in 2020 to build out the Human Resources function, focusing on empowering great leaders, building high-performing teams, and fostering a differentiating human-centric culture. During her time at Traeger, she has helped steer the formation of a total rewards philosophy, integration of acquisitions, and the shift from private equity-backed to a publicly traded company. Prior to Traeger, she spent time at Target and Goldman Sachs. She has worked on people strategies for a broad array of teams including Retail, Asset Management, Private Wealth Management, Technology, and Business Operations. She holds an MBA from the University of Utah and is a passionate lover of the outdoors, with an undergraduate degree in Parks, Recreation, and Tourism.
