Greg Fresh joined Chartwell as head of the firm’s corporate finance practice in 2010. His experience as a managing director spans both global investment banks and a full-size boutique. He is a registered representative with Chartwell affiliate, CCS Transactions LLC, and holds FINRA Series 7, 62, 63, and 79 licenses. Earlier, Fresh was managing director of Bank of America Merrill Lynch (BAML) where he was responsible for middle-market M&A coverage, as well as ESOP advisory for the investment bank. Prior to BAML, he was managing director at ABN AMRO and also was a managing director at Lazard Middle Market. Prior to his investment banking advisory roles, Fresh held positions of increasing responsibility with Fortune 100 companies Diageo PLC and Invensys PLC. He began his M&A career in private equity with Jordan Industries Inc., the holding company strategy of the Jordan Company. He began his career in public accounting at Deloitte.
