

Ginnie Henkels

Ginnie Henkels is a seasoned C-suite finance executive and experienced board director who has served multiple international public companies across a diverse portfolio. A 15+ year veteran of the boardroom, Ginnie is a trusted advisor to the Board and management using her experience in finance, strategy development, M&A, capital markets, capital allocation, culture, corporate governance, risk management, and other matters to help improve stakeholder value.
Board Leadership Experience
Ginnie currently serves as a director of LCI Industries (NYSE: LCII), a supplier of engineered components to the recreation and industrial products markets; Viad Corp (NYSE: VVI), a full-service live events and travel experience company; and ISAAC Instruments, a privately-held solutions provider of transportation technology to simplify trucking. Previously she served on the board for Echo Global Logistics, a publicly-traded technology-enabled supply chain management service provider, until its sale to the Jordan Companies in November 2021. Ginnie chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Compensation Committee for LCI Industries and chairs the Audit Committee and is a member of the Nominating and Governance Committee for Viad Corp.
Executive Leadership Experience
Ginnie previously served as Executive Vice President, CFO and Treasurer of Swift Transportation Company, a then $4 billion publicly traded transportation services company, where she led numerous capital market transactions including its Initial Public Offering, balance sheet recapitalization, and 2017 merger with Knight Transportation (NYSE: KNX), in addition to leading the highly leveraged, capital intensive business through the great recession. Most recently, Ginnie was the CFO of Empowerment & Inclusion Capital I Corp., a mission-based special purpose acquisition company sponsored by PNC and Jefferies focused on promoting equity and inclusion through capital allocation. She also formerly held various finance and accounting leadership positions with increasing responsibilities at several divisions of Honeywell (NASDAQ: HON), a worldwide diversified technology and manufacturing leader.
Formerly a CPA and CMA, Ginnie is currently a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors and the Women’s Corporate Director organizations and holds an active real estate license in Arizona. She obtained her MBA from Arizona State University and BSBA in Finance and Real Estate from the University of Arizona while on an athletic scholarship for softball. She resides in Peoria, AZ with her husband and is the proud mother of three boys.
