Elizabeth Bishop is the senior merchandise manager of womens wear at Pendleton Woolen Mills Inc. and part of the sixth generation of family owners / managers. In that role, she is responsible for driving the product strategy and creating quality products with timeless American design. She joined Pendleton in 2017 in the direct-to-consumer division, managing catalog, web merchandising, and buying for women’s and accessories. Prior to Pendleton, Bishop spent 10 years in retail in a variety of different merchandising and product development roles at Ralph Lauren, Gap, and Athleta. She loves the challenge of defining the future 160+ years of family legacy.
