Dan Ward is a Director in Bank of America Merrill Lynch’s investment bank, based in Atlanta. Dan is focused on clients in the southeast region of the US. He has 10+ years of investment banking experience. In addition to his career at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, Dan has worked for both SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and Stephens Inc., specializing in M&A for middle-market industrial clients. In addition to M&A advisory, he has extensive experience in capital markets transactions, including IPOs, convertibles, follow-on equity offerings and bond offerings. He is a graduate of Washington and Lee University and has an MBA from UNC-Kenan Flagler. Dan lives in Atlanta with his wife and three children.
