Dan Ward is a Managing Director at Bank of America Securities investment bank based in Atlanta.  Dan is focused on clients in the Specialty Distribution space.  He has 15+ years of investment banking experience.  In addition to his career at Bank of America Securities, Dan has worked for SunTrust Robinson Humphrey and Stephens Inc., specializing in M&A for middle-market industrial clients. In addition to M&A advisory, he has extensive experience in capital markets transactions, including IPOs, convertibles, follow-on equity offerings, and bond offerings.

Dan graduated from Washington and Lee University and has an MBA from UNC-Kenan Flagler. He lives in Atlanta with his wife and three children.
