Her Board of Director experience spans Canada, United States, Europe, and Australia with Board leadership positions from Lead Independent Director to Committee Chair of every major committee (Audit, Compensation, Nom/Gov) and Chair of Cybersecurity and Sustainability across eight former public boards and multiple private companies. Leveraging her expertise in digital transformation and technology, she was Vice-President of IBM then held other C-suite and Board roles in consumer, health, industrial, real estate, supply chain/distribution, and tech companies. Bo-Linn was named The Financial Times 2021 “Top 100 Diverse Directors”, NACD’s 2019 “Top 50 Directors,” inducted into the “Hall of Fame for Women in Technology” supported by US President Bush through Obama, and named SVBJ” s “Most Influential Silicon Valley Exec.” Thru 2019, she was Visiting Professor on digital tech (AI, data analytics, e- commerce, cyber security) and marketing at the joint Columbia University, London School of Business and University of Hong Kong EMBA/MBA program. She has been invited to speak at the United Nations, Dow Jones, and British Chamber of Commerce. She earned her Doctorate Degree in Computer based Information Systems and Organizational Change from the University of Houston.
