Charles Wilhoite currently serves as a member of the board of directors at NW Natural Holdings and Legacy Health. He is also a trustee for Meyer Memorial Trust. At NW Natural Holdings, Wilhoite chairs the public affairs and environmental policy committee and is a member of the audit and governance committees. He previously served on the boards of the Federal Reserve Bank of San Francisco and The Nature Conservancy. Wilhoite is a managing director with Willamette Management Associates, a financial advisory, economic and forensic analysis, and business valuation services firm, and he has been with the firm for the past 30 years. In addition to his work on all types of valuation engagements for Willamette Management Associates, he is the leader of the firm’s tax-exempt entity and healthcare services practice. Before joining Willamette Management Associates, he was a senior auditor for KPMG, an international accounting and consulting firm.
