These publications delve into critical topics such as Institutional Shareholder Services (ISS), NASDAQ, and SEC regulations and ongoing trends in executive compensation matters. Becca specializes in director and executive compensation benchmarking, executive compensation trends analysis, peer group development, and the design of annual and long-term incentive programs. Beyond her technical expertise, Becca is known for her ability to foster important conversations and offer fresh perspectives supporting clients in making informed compensation decisions aligned with their strategic objectives. She collaborates with a broad collection of clients across a wide range of industries. Becca graduated from Cornell University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations and minor in Business from the Dyson School of Applied Economics.
