Arlene Yocum

Independent Director

Arlene M. Yocum retired as executive vice president at PNC Bank in January, 2017 after a 27-year career with PNC. She held a variety of management and executive positions with PNC’s Asset Management Group (AMG) including managing executive of AMG Client Service, managing executive of PNC’s Institutional Investment Group, senior vice president with PNC’s Private Banking Group, head of PNC’s Corporate Trust Division, and senior legal counsel. She was legal counsel with Fidelity Bank (now Wells Fargo) and in private practice with the law firm Blank Rome LLP. Yocum is a director of AK Steel Holding Corporation, and she also served as director of Integrated Alarm Services Group (2005-2007), Protection One Alarm Monitoring Inc. (2007-2010), and Key Energy Services Inc. (2007-2016). She is president of the Community College of Philadelphia Foundation. Yocum received a bachelor’s degree from Dickinson College and a JD from Villanova School of Law.
