Adriana is a seasoned executive with a distinguished career in leading technology, operations, and digital strategies across Fortune 50 and FTSE 20 companies. As a C-suite leader and a dedicated board member, she’s consistently demonstrated a passionate commitment to leadership, delivering results, and advancing diverse teams. Notable career highlights include her role as Group Chief Information & Digital Officer at National Grid plc, where she championed comprehensive digital strategies, driving decarbonization, power grid resilience, and financial returns in alignment with P&L commitments. At Biogen, Adriana served as EVP of Technology, Business Solutions & Corporate Affairs, orchestrating initiatives that added substantial value across drug discovery, development, and delivery through digital health tech and strategic partnerships, including collaborations to enhance neurodegenerative disease measurement. During her tenure as VP and Global Chief Information Officer at Dell, she successfully led a transformation from hardware to solutions and provided invaluable advisory insights to Fortune 100 customers. Adriana’s impact extends to the automotive industry, where she played pivotal roles at General Motors, leading manufacturing and supply chain technology transformation and financial recovery from bankruptcy. Her career began at Ford Motor Company, where she drove transformative changes in Material Planning & Logistics, Supply Chain, and Information Technology, including cost savings initiatives while working in the United Kingdom. Adriana’s commitment to excellence also manifests in her board roles, encompassing organizations like Aon plc, Perrigo plc, AspenTech, Cylance, Advance Auto Parts, and Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, where her insights have proven invaluable. Beyond the corporate world, she’s actively contributed to advancing women, diversity, and equity as an advisor to Babson College’s Center for Women’s Entrepreneurial Leadership and as the former President of the Michigan Council of Women in Technology (MCWT). Adriana holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Wayne State University, and she’s earned a Certificate of Marketing Management from the Duke Fuqua School of Business.
