Profile - Warren de Wied Warren de Wied Partner Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver & Jacobson LLP Warren de Wied is a partner at Fried Frank Harris Shriver & Jacobson LLP and a member of the firm’s Mergers and Acquisitions Practice. For more than 30 years, de Wied has represented corporate boards, public companies, private equity firms, and investment banks in major M&A transactions, takeover defense, contested bids, activist shareholder campaigns, and corporate governance matters. He represented Kirk Kerkorian in his activist campaigns in the 1990s and 2000s, served as a managing director and head of Merrill Lynch’s takeover defense and shareholder activist response practice in the late 2000s, and acted as counsel to public company boards in connection with numerous activist campaigns by prominent activist funds over the past decade. He is admitted to practice in New York.
Profile - Claudia Fan Munce Claudia Fan Munce Venture Advisor NEA; Chairwoman, Global Corporate Venture Claudia Fan Munce started her career as a software engineer at IBM Research and retired as the managing director of Venture Capital Group and corporate vice president of Strategy and Corporate Development. After her retirement from IBM in 2016, Munce joined New Enterprise Associates as a venture advisor. Munce is frequently cited as a pioneer and leader in the corporate innovation publications and has contributed to many articles and books. In 2015, Worth magazine named Munce as one of the 20 most powerful players in Silicon Valley and Inc. Magazine followed by naming her one of the most important venture investors of Silicon Valley. She is an independent board member of the Bank of the West/BNP Paribas Group, the Best Buy Corp., and CoreLogic Inc. (til May 2021) and also serves on the board of the NACD Northern California Chapter. She is a faculty member of the Stanford University Graduate School of Business.

Brown is a senior advisor at KPMG's Board Leadership Center, where he advises boards and management on critical corporate-governance issues. Formerly, he was CEO of the Society of Corporate Governance and led the corporate governance group at TIAA, a global institutional investor with more than $1 trillion in assets under management. Prior to TIAA, Brown practiced securities law at WilmerHale and Skadden, and he was an associate with Goldman Sachs. He serves on several advisory and nonprofit boards, including the John L. Brown has been named by NACD as one of the 100 most influential people in corporate governance and the boardroom.
Profile - Dorlisa Flur Dorlisa Flur Corporate Director and Strategic Advisor Sally Beauty Holdings and Hibbett Dorlisa K. Flur serves on the board of Sally Beauty Holdings, sitting on the compensation and talent and the nominating, governance, and corporate responsibility committees. She is also a director of Hibbett, serving on the audit committee and chairing the nominating and corporate governance committee.
