RT Dinner: Operational Resiliency

Uncertainty seems to be increasing all around us.

At this program, we’ll tackle operational resiliency and managing risk.  We’ll be looking for stories from attendees on successes as well as challenges with managing risk – financial, social, economic and political, including:

• Discussion on how companies and boards view operational risk, both foreseeable and unseen. Certain risk can lead to outcomes such negative press, reputational risk, poor outlook on stock price, fines, fees, etc.
• How are companies able to plan for and maintain a risk plan to take into account multiple outcomes?
