About The Event
What’s on the minds of directors in 2024?
To gain insights into the priorities of directors in 2024, over 350 corporate board members across the Americas were surveyed, representing a wide range of sectors, public and private boards, and company sizes. Also engaged were over a thousand key stakeholders, including individual directors, C-suite executives, and institutional investors. Based on these findings, EY identified the top five priorities for corporate boards in 2024 as they navigate the current challenging operating environment.
This session will focus on the top three priorities:
1) Economic Conditions
2) Capitol Allocation
3) Cybersecurity and data privacy.
Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in breakout sessions, providing a chance to dive deeper into these priorities. The evening will culminate with NACD CEO Peter Gleason, who will help tie together the discussions and share his perspectives based on feedback from our 23,000+ director organization. Don't miss out on this valuable opportunity to learn from industry leaders and connect with peers in the field!
