About The Event
ESG metrics have had challenges from the start, especially Social. Unfortunately, when it comes to real impact (both on ESG goals and the bottom line), it’s employee behavior that fundamentally drives all our metrics.
At the same time, behavior data sources are proliferating in conjunction with new analytical capacity. A backdrop of precipitous growth in technologies like AI, dramatic changes in market conditions caused by events such as the attack on Ukraine and major social upheavals such as the Great Reshuffling have only made the potential for these employee behavior analytics more appealing.
Are these new analytics meaningful or even helpful? Can they drive better ESG outcomes and if so, how? This discussion focused on whether the risk is worth the reward, exploring ways in which new data is being used and heard lessons learned from companies who found real value in using employee behavior data to measure and automate ongoing transformation.
