Steven Raymund has served as a director of Jabil since January 1996. Mr. Raymund was appointed as Lead Director effective November 1, 2021. Mr. Raymund currently serves as a director of WESCO International, Inc., a multinational electronics distributor, where he also serves as chair of the Audit Committee. Mr. Raymund began his career at Tech Data Corporation, a distributor of personal computer products, in 1981 as operations manager. He became COO in 1984 and was promoted to the position of CEO in 1986, serving until his retirement in 2006. Mr. Raymund served as the Chairman of the board of directors of Tech Data Corporation from 2001 until 2017. Mr. Raymund holds a B.S. in Economics from the University of Oregon and a master’s degree in international politics from Georgetown University, School of Foreign Services.
