Retired audit partner with experience in client service, operations and risk management with public companies including Fortune 500 members. Currently, Lund is on the board of directors of Columbia Banking System Inc. where he chairs the audit committee. Industry experience also includes manufacturing, technology, software and consumer markets. Knowledgeable in risk assessment, international operations, IT controls and processes as well as mergers and acquisition due diligence and integration. Lund spent two years in KPMG’s Department of Professional Practice (DPP) in New York researching and consulting on technical issues related to accounting and SEC matters.
