Mike is the global Chief Ethics and Compliance Officer for JBS. He most recently served as the Head of Ethics and Compliance for Pilgrim’s Pride, a publicly traded company whose majority owner is JBS.

Prior to joining Pilgrim’s Pride in August 2021, Mike was in private practice where he represented corporate and individual clients in criminal, civil and regulatory investigations and litigation. He also conducted many internal investigations. 

Mike served as a federal prosecutor at the Department of Justice in Washington, D.C., where he was in the Criminal Division, Fraud Section. At the Justice Department, Mike prosecuted a variety of white collar crimes, but specialized in corporate fraud.
