Michael has 20+ years of experience leading growth strategy, innovation and transformation in the tech sector and technology-driven businesses, as a consultant, executive and board member. While at EY he has led teams that have built the global capabilities and approaches around innovation and transformation as well as delivered on engagements with clients focused on industry disruption and new business models including precision agriculture, connected medical devices, and smart buildings and cities. Prior to EY, Michael was a co-founder of Bedrock Consultants, which was an innovation and strategic design firm acquired by EY in 2014. In addition to successfully building and selling two firms, he has served on corporate boards of directors of two private equity backed mid-market growth companies. Michael worked throughout his career with former Harvard Business School professor, Dr. Robert H. Miles, in advancing the principals of corporate transformation and co-authoring Big Ideas to Big Results with Person Hall in 2008 and 2016.
