Mary has 28+ years of consulting and industry experience with a specialty in Supply Chain and Technical Operations. She spent four years at Amgen in the Technical Operations organization leading efforts to expand internationally and driving operational excellence initiatives for the global supply chain organization. Her experience spans a broad spectrum including Due Diligence and Transactions; Global Expansion; Performance Improvement and Operational Excellence; Manufacturing and Network Strategy; Operating Model Design; Organization and Talent; Digital and Technology Enablement.
