Lori George currently serves on the boards of Pioneer Natural Resources and Shake Shack. She is a member of three committees: Nominating and Corporate Governance; Compensation and Leadership Development; and Health, Safety and Environment. Before retiring from The Coca-Cola Company after 20 years of service, she was the Global Chief Diversity, Equity and Inclusion Officer. Her previous roles included several with increasing responsibility within public affairs and communications. She is known for creating and executing strategic initiatives that meet organizational goals, target audience needs and produce results. She is a Founding Member of Coca-Cola’s Equity Accountability Councils, a National Association of Corporate Director’s Center for Inclusive Governance Advisory Council member and Board Advisory Services Faculty member.
