Jeanette L. Gorgas is a board director and C-Suite executive with 25+ years of expertise in growth strategy, operations, risk management, mergers & acquisitions, and human capital management. Her unique blend of experience has accelerated organizational performance and driven transformational growth in private and public companies, in the U.S. and on an international stage. Jeanette is a Board Member of Delivery Hero (DLVHF), a technology company, where she chairs the Strategy Committee and sits on the Audit and Nominations committees. She is also a Board Member of Sunlight Financial (SUNL), a NYSE-listed fintech, where she chairs the Compensation Committee, and the Board of NDH, a tax and accounting services firm backed by Unity Partners LP. Jeanette previously served on the Board of Directors of Youth INC, and was a member of the Audit and Nominating & Governance committees. Jeanette has served in a multitude of C-Suite roles, including those of Chief Strategy Officer, Chief Administrative Officer and Chief Human Capital Officer. As Chief Strategy Officer at Grant Thornton LLP, she built and led the Office of Strategy Management and led a team of 65 people in strategic planning, mergers & acquisitions, alliances, strategic initiative execution, knowledge management technology, change management and corporate social responsibility. Jeanette has held senior roles in Valor Equity Partners, Deutsche Bank, Bank of America and Weil, Gotshal & Manges, with ever-increasing responsibilities. She was also Senior Associate Dean for Yale University, leading all facets of the MBA Program at Yale School of Management. Jeanette graduated with high honors from London School of Economics with a Master of Science (MSc) in Management. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from Rutgers’ College School of Business, and attended Harvard Business School’s Advanced Management and Women on Boards programs.
