Elizabeth Stillwell serves as Regional Vice President for our Talent team. With over 15 years of experience in risk management, human resources, and total rewards, she serves as a strategic partner, helping organizations navigate complex people challenges. Elizabeth collaborates with clients to view people and culture decisions through a risk management lens, developing innovative solutions that align with business goals. She works closely with Gallagher's network of industry experts to ensure the timely delivery of transformative work that supports client objectives.

Before joining Gallagher in 2022, Elizabeth held leadership roles in various organizations, primarily in the insurance, manufacturing, and construction industries. She has extensive experience in all human resources functions. As Vice President of People and Culture at a B-Corp-certified national manufacturing company, she led initiatives on workplace equity, open book management, workplace belonging, pay transparency, and stakeholder governance.

Elizabeth holds a B.S. degree in Political Science and Communications from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and an M.S. in HR and Organizational Development with an emphasis on Positive Organizational Change from Champlain College. She is also certified as a SHRM-SCP and Strengthscope Master.

Elizabeth lives in Garner, NC, is very involved in the Triangle Community, and spends her spare time with her family including, her children Trace (3) and Emerson (1).
