Dwain is a leader in Protiviti’s BPI – People Advisory & Organizational Change practice. He is a Human Capital Consulting Executive with extensive experience in driving delivery of large-scale programs with 15 years of experience in the private and public sector. His Program Management experience includes: driving delivery across large systems, large-scale process implementations, and HR transformations to achieve transformation changes to support business objectives to increase revenue, increase customer satisfaction, save operational efficiencies, and supporting the cultural transformations. His program leadership experience includes functional support, leading large deployment teams across multiple geographic locations, and achieving and driving the business objectives with the C-Suite. He holds a BBA with a concentration in Human Resource Management and a minor in Human Resource Development and is a Certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR). A community leader, Dwain is an Advisory Board Member on the James Madison University, College of Business, Management Major Advisory Board.
