David Rosenblum, Chair Emeritus of the NACD Pacific Southwest Chapter, is Board Vice Chair of Hanmi Financial Corporation (Nasdaq: HAFC), a board member of Apply Digital (private equity-controlled), an operating partner at Interlock Equity, and a partner in Sage Partners, LLC. He serves on the board of the Library Foundation of Los Angeles, where he is a member of the Executive Committee and chair of the Finance Committee. A retired senior partner at Deloitte Consulting LLP, where he served on the board of directors, Mr. Rosenblum is a former trustee of Wesleyan University and former board chair of the Echo Foundation.
